Nupur is a PhD student in the Arts Administration, Education and Policy program with a concentration in Art Education. She is a researcher, educator, curator, and multidisciplinary artist. Through her art-based research practices, she explores the themes of identity and belonging, translanguaging, post-coloniality of language, transnational feminist praxis, artivism, and decolonizing theories. She has an extensive background in graphic design, textiles, retail, and management. With her interdisciplinary and global lived experiences, Nupur is interested in curating museum and community spaces that educate, advocate, and enhance intergenerational creative engagements.
